Low-cost sacrificial thermocouples for casting into concrete pours. Tie the exposed junction to the reinforcement at the depth you want to monitor, pour, then plug the miniature connector into a thermocouple data logger to track curing temperature, temperature differentials and maturity. The probes stay in the concrete, so they are supplied in packs for multi-pour projects.
