Customers in the UK

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and UPS to ship orders in the UK and these are selected based on weight and order value. You are able to upgrade your delivery to guarantee a tracked service at the checkout and it may be possible to select and pay for a Next Day service.

If your items are despatched on a Friday, delivery will be the next working day – therefore typically a Monday unless the Monday is a Bank Holiday. Goods shipped on a next working day service may be subject to delays by the courier which are outside of our control.

All of our carriers may deliver any time up to 19:00 on the day of delivery. Services to outlying areas may differ and take longer and enhanced services may not be available. Our daily deadline for shipping orders received is 2:30 on a working day.

VAT & Customs Duties for Customers Outside the UK

Our prices include UK VAT (sales tax) at 20%. If your order is being delivered to a country outside the UK, you will not be charged VAT. This will be deducted from your order before you checkout. We ship worldwide using Royal Mail or Parcelforce. A small charge will be added to your order before you checkout depending on the weight of your whole order. For large items you may need to contact us for a shipping price before purchasing.

  • Items sent to EU countries, the British Channel Islands, and other countries outside the UK may be subject to VAT and duties in the destination country.
  • The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods. The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country.
  • Please contact the embassy or customs authority of the destination country for specific details.

VAT Exempt Organisations

If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation that is exempt from VAT, then please contact us directly and we will arrange to invoice you accordingly.

Tracking Your Delivery

If you have given us a valid email address then, on the day we ship your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been dispatched. This email will contain the web site address of the carrier and the tracking number of your consignment. By this method you will be able to see for yourself the progress of your delivery. Overseas customers can use the post tracking number to track the parcel with their local Post Service. All tracked items need to be signed for upon receipt.
