Food should be kept at optimal temperatures at all times, in compliance with HACCP regulations. The Food Standards Agency developed the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) so that businesses can look at how they handle food and follow set procedures to ensure food safety. All aspects of the food production chain such as storage, distribution, and preparation, are taken into account.

Oven Profiling

Many of our clients need to ensure their ovens are functioning properly and are energy efficient. To find out if this is the case, we can supply all the equipment needed for oven profiling. Oven profiling is a way to obtain an understanding of oven temperatures at all key stages of production. The operation is quite easy to carry out if you have the right tools. In this case, a data logger is placed in an oven proof case and set on the oven belt for the required running time. The data will then be transferred to a computer for easy interpretation.
